At Vritti, every piece of art is handcrafted, often made-to-order, and sourced directly from skilled artisans. As such, our refund policy is designed to respect the time, effort, and uniqueness involved in each creation.


🧵 Handmade with Care – No Standard Returns

Since our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or personal preference.

Each product may have slight variations in color, texture, or design — this is not a defect, but a mark of authenticity.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos or a video of the packaging and product.

  3. Send details to [your@email.com] with your order ID.

Once verified, we will:

  • Refund will be done in 48 hours.


Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will reflect in your bank/card account depending on your provider.


No Refunds For:

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Custom or personalized artwork (unless damaged)
