At Vritti, every piece we offer is handcrafted with love by skilled Indian artisans. Because of the nature of handmade art, including Tanjore paintings, our return policy is designed to respect the time, effort, and individuality of each creation.

🖼️ No Returns for Change of Mind

Since our products are:

  • Handmade

  • Often made-to-order

  • Unique in design and finish

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight variation in color, texture, or design

  • Size or placement issues

These are considered natural qualities of handcrafted work, not defects.

📦 Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong item

What to Do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at [analyticob2b@gmail.com] with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear photos or a video of the damage/wrong item

    • Packaging photos (if possible)

  3. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Resolution:

  • If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup (if available) or ask you to ship the item back.

  • You’ll receive a full refund once we receive and verify the item.

🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • You contact us after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product was damaged after delivery

  • It’s a custom or personalized order

  • The product has been used or altered
