At Vritti, we bring you authentic Indian art directly from artisans — handcrafted, carefully packed, and delivered to your doorstep with love.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order or handpicked from artisans.

  • Product will be delivered in 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • For custom or bulk orders, processing may take longer — we’ll keep you informed.

  • If product not readily available, we usually take 15 to 30 days for making.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available on request — contact us before placing your order.

📦 Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Non-metro locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • For high-value or fragile items like Tanjore paintings, special packaging and handling charges may apply.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp with the tracking ID.
You can track your order on our website or the courier’s tracking page.

🖼️ Packaging & Handling

All artworks are securely packed with bubble wrap, corner protection, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. Fragile pieces are handled with extra care.

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Natural calamities, courier issues, or strikes

  • Customs delays (for international orders)
